FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Before you ask me any questions, check here to see if your question can be answered here!
cAN YOU PRIORITIZE MY COMMISSION?
I work on my commissions based on whoever submits the form first! If you want to prioritize your commission, you could add-on the rush extra. Depending on your commission size you'll receive it within 1-3 weeks! Smaller orders will most likely take 1-2 weeks, whereas larger orders will take 2-3!
Do you do discounts FOR LARGER ORDERS?
Unfortunately, I do not do discounts. I used to have a system where as you ordered more, the value of each emote became cheaper, however I stopped it. The reason I stopped is because past a certain number of emotes, I don't implement the discount as us artists spend a good amount of time working on the commission. There have been people who tried to do two separate orders to get two discounts, and I feel like that is quite unfair towards the artist. If you are commissioning someone, you are commissioning them for their time and effort, not just for the final product.
DO YOU MAKE PREMADE EMOTES?
Yes, I am looking into making premade emotes/badges! In fact, I have released some on my ko-fi: Ko-fi.com/yumnat. I will be releasing more in the future, so be on a look out! If you have any suggestions on future premade designs, comment on my ko-fi!
HOW LONG WILL MY COMMISSION TAKE?
The eta of your commission depends on what you commission and external factors. Commissions can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks as it depends on the queue. Sketches will be sent within 1 to 3 weeks after commissions have been officially closed. Commissions may extend to the next month as it depends on external factors such as school and personal life! As for your commission as a whole, completion will be determined by a first come first serve queue.
HOW DO I REQUEST A COMMISSION?
1. First, wait for the day and time that I announce my commission are open to come.
2. Once my forms are open, there is an entire google form where you are required to submit information regarding your preferred form of contact, what you want commissioned, poses, character info, and etc.
3. I'll contact you regarding your commission and will discuss your form with you. (If you are missing information or don't give enough information, I'll message you to go into depth about what you want)
The number of commissions I accept is on a first-come-first-serve system. I will accept commission based of off how many I think I can handle and will close it depending on the workload.
Can you make it cheaper?
The answer to this is simply no. If you commission or want to commission us, please respect us artists and our time. We put a lot of time and effort into perfecting our commissions, and it's quite rude to ask someone to lower their prices just for you. If you think our prices are too expensive, then feel free to browse and check out all the other amazing artists. We all have our own style and our pricing bases off of our effort. You are not forced to commission us, and we don't want you to feel pressured to commission us either.
